Pheu Thai's attempt to sack Labour Minister is 'legal'

The Pheu Thai Party, the main opposition, justified the inclusion of Labour Minister Suchart Chomklin on a list of cabinet ministers facing a no-confidence vote.

Mr Suchart recently accused the party of submitting a no-confidence resolution without MPs' permission. He said that his name was not originally on a list of cabinet ministers designated for censure.
