Palau prohibits sunscreen ' ref-toxic '

Palau's groundbreaking ban on "Reef-toxic" sunscreens came into effect on Wednesday as the tiny Pacific island nation launched rigorous conservation initiatives including one of the largest marine sanctuaries in the world.
