On Monday, the US crude oil prices fell more than a dollar as a result of airlines canceling thousands of flights across the states over the holiday season in light of the surging cases of the Covid-19.
Crude futures from the US West Texas Intermediate reduced by 97 cents, or 1.3 percent at 72.82 dollars per barrel after reaching a low of 72.71 dollars per barrel.
