Linde Signs Deal for the Production of Oxygen and Nitrogen

The industrial gas giant, Linde, has announced its plan of constructing, owning, and operating a state-of-the-art SPECTRA generator plant for the production of ultra-high purity oxygen and nitrogen for a new multi-billion-dollar fabrication plant for semiconductors in Singapore.

On 3rd February, Linde confirmed the signing of the deal with a leading manufacturer of semiconductors in the country.
