- Putting to rest news regarding the worsening health condition of North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, Chang, a former associate of the late president Kim Dae-Jung has added that President Kim is in a coma and that this is the reason for power changing hands to Kim Yo-jong, Kim Jong-un‘s sister.
- He is in a coma but is still alive and so a complete power transfer and a natural legacy chain has not been formed.
