JAPAN’S NATIONAL CANCER CENTER REPORTS 10-YEAR SURVIVAL RATE AT 58.3% FOR PATIENTS

• Japan’s National Cancer Center reports a 10-year survival rate at 58.3% for patients.
• The Center is said to have collected data since 2000.
• The survival rate of cancer patients in Japan improved by 1.1% upwards from the previous survey.
• By type of cancer, the prostate cancer survival rate was highest at 98.8%.
