JAPAN BEGINS ITS 3RD SEASON COMMERCIAL WHALING

Highlights –

• Japan begins its 3rd season commercial whaling.
• As of Saturday, four whaling boats left Japanese ports for coastal waters.
• A total of 5 boats are expected to catch 120 minke whales in waters off the Sanriku Coast and Hokkaido.
