ITC READY TO ACQUIRE SUNRISE FOODS

ITC Limited, previously known as Indian Tobacco Company Limited has announced that it is ready to acquire Sunrise Foods Pvt. Ltd (SFPL) a Kolkata-based spice maker in order to emerge as a prominent member in India’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market.
