HOME PRICES OBSERVE A RISE

• The 10-City Composite increased 2.8% annually
• The 20-City Composite rose 3.5% year over year

In June, home prices observe a rise of 4.3% annually. It is in accordance with the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index. It remains unchanged from the gain observed in May.
