This is the third consecutive day, when Uttarakhand is experiencing heavy rainfall. This has led to chaos and disaster across the state. Roads were flooded with water and buildings collapsed, bridges destroyed and all water bodies were overflowing. Many locals and tourists remined stranded in remote and dangerous locations.
