Healthy diet leads to low medical cost

Research conducted by Brigham and Women's Hospital, Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, examined the effect of ten nutritional factors which includes eating of fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, processed meats etc., and projected the annual cardiometabolic diseases costs poor quality diet habits.
