Health returns to the telecommunications market, but the incumbents have miles to go

The government's attempt to restore the telecommunications industry has provided much needed relief to customers. So far in 2019, shares of Bharti Airtel Ltd and Reliance Industries Ltd, Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd's company, have earned 37-47%.
