Giving a distinct Italian taste to video games does not mean what you could think

It seems that everyone loves Italy. In Gran Turismo, you can drive on Italian roads and ski in the Steep Alps. You will kill in Hitman II: Silent assassin in the imaginary city of Sicily and in Hitman's imaginary town close to Naples. But are these "Italian" games?
