FIFA bans officials from soccer for funds fraud

For 10 years, FIFA has suspended a former soccer official from the governing body for mismanaging "a substantial amount" of revenue.

FIFA says former president of the Tanzanian soccer federation Jamal Malinzi received $528,000 over four years to repay suspected loans he made the "lack of proper justification or clarification."

Malinzi also collected $55,000 in prize money from Tanzania's under-17 tea....
