Dubai Islamic Bank Launches App for Tech-savvy Customers

The largest Sharia-compliant bank of the United Arab Emirates, Dubai Islamic Bank, has launched an app called Rabbit to seek the attention of the tech-savvy new generation and assist the unbanked people of the country in accessing the formal financial system. The bank also plans to extend this service beyond the UAE into population-dense areas such as Pakistan, Indonesia, and Kenya.
