Director Wes Ball is Making New 'Planet Of The Apes' Movie At the 20th Century Fox

The apes will continue to live on. Deadline has now been confirmed that the 20th Century Fox under its new owner Disney has signed an agreement with the filmmaker of Maze Runner, Wes Ball to make a brand new Planet of the Apes movie. It is very early in the production, and it has not been confirmed whether it will pick up from where War for the Planet of the Apes by Matt Reeves left off or if it will be a complete remake.
