Combat Daesh's Chemical Drones

Salih Al-Sabawi was an Iraqi engineer who worked for Saddam Hussein's chemical weapons programme. He was executed for his involvement in the programme. A source who spoke to the Washington Post under the condition of anonymity said that Daesh intended to make use of Salih Al-knowledge Sabawi's in order to construct an arsenal that would be used to strike competitors in the area as well as key metropolitan centres in the West.
