Carolina Marin, Spanish Badminton Player Pulls out of World Championships

Badminton enthusiasts were left disappointed when three-time champion shuttler, Carolina Marin failed to regain fitness from a knee injury and was announced to pull out from the World Championship.

The Rio Olympics gold medalist suffered an injury this year, during the Swiss Open and had to withdraw from the All England Championships.
