Bulgaria establishes an AI research centre to attract science and technology skills

The Bulgarian government announced with great fanfare the establishment of a new artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science research institute in Sofia, to enhance the country's standing as a science and technology hub in Central and Eastern Europe.
