To retain personnel ahead of a rough winter, the Victorian government is providing bonuses of up to $3,000 to all employees at public hospitals and the state's ambulance service.
Nurses, midwives, doctors, allied health professionals, paramedics, cleaners, laundry workers, and ward clerks in the public health system will be eligible for bonuses, according to Premier Daniel Andrews.
