Blue light is not always the reason for irregular sleeping pattern, says a research team at the University of Manchester. The team discovered that cooler or dim lights in the evening and warmer and brighter lights during the day is actually more beneficial for overall health.

The team discovered that using cooler and dim lights during the evening and brighter warmer lights during day may have beneficial effects on our health.
