A blockchain app development kit (DevKit) was launched by multinational IT services firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
A new Quartz DevKit is a low-code, web-based integrated development environment that allows businesses fast building and deployment of applications on every blockchain chosen in a simple way, according to an announcement released by TCS on 16 December.
