The UAE declared the primary 5 projects under the US$50 million UAE-Caribbean Renewable Energy Fund (the Fund) across island and island, Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, and St. Vincent and also the Grenadines.

The projects can considerably cut back energy prices within the region, yet improve resilience to natural disasters like cyclone Irma.

Announced in January 2017, the Fund may be a partnership between the UAE Ministry of ....
