Aramco’s IPO

Saudi Aramco said on Sunday the temporal arrangement of its long-awaited stock exchange debut "will rely upon market conditions," when the most recent delay within the blockbuster initial public providing.

The IPO forms the cornerstone of a reform program formed by the kingdom's ruler Prince Salman to wean the Saudi economy off its reliance on oil.
