Any relief on AGR dues to the non-telecom firms can only come from SC

In the wake of conveying notification to firms, for example, gas utility GAIL for crores of rupees in past levy, the Department of Telecommunications has said that any help to non-telecom organizations from installment of upgraded tolls can come uniquely from the Supreme Court.
