ANSTO Fights Labelling Fraud by Australian Seafood Industry

The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organization (ANSTO) has tested a scanner that identifies Australian seafood and found it to be 90 percent accurate.

The scanner was developed for the purpose of analyzing rocks in geological surveys but now the organization wanted to test whether the technology worked on seafood.
