Brazil has witnessed the highest rate of deforestation in the last one year. It was increased by 29%. It was the highest rate of deforestation since 2008.
The data observation was revealed by National Institute for Space Research (NISR); Space agency of Brazil. Between August 2018 to July 2019, Amazon lost 9,762 sq. km, as per the Satellite data collected by INPE.
This loss has come after the Amazon forest had a severe fire....
