AirAsia Cancels Acquisition of Velox Fintech, Gojek Thailand

AirAsia Digital, a Malaysian-based firm, has called off its acquisition deal worth 10 million US dollars for a unit of Gojek Thailand, Velox Fintech. However, it has completed the 40 million US dollar acquisition deal for Velox Technology, another unit of Gojek Thailand.

The details for the cancellation of the former deal have not been revealed.

Velox Technology was acquired 100 percent by 27th July 2021. AirAsia commented ....
