After the merger in 2021, the Arkan Group will be renamed Emirates Steel Arkan

After two firms merged last year to create an industrial conglomerate with assets of Dh13 billion ($3.54 billion), the Abu-Dhabi-listed steel and construction materials manufacturer Arkan Group legally selected Emirates Steel Arkan as its temporary brand.

The amalgamated corporation also changed its trading ticker on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange from ARKAN to EMSTEEL, according to a statement released on Wednesday.
