The Afghanistan U-19 cricket team is having trouble obtaining visas for West Indies where the ICC World Cup is taking place.

The Taliban-run nation lost the opportunity to play two warm-up matches in the Caribbean scheduled against England and the UAE due to their delay in arrival. The first proper game of Afghanistan in this tournament is scheduled for 16th January against Zimbabwe.
