Advocates from Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine all share the Nobel Peace Prize.

On Friday, the Nobel Peace Prize committee announced that they will be awarding this year's prize to the Ukrainian Center for Civil Liberties, the Russian organisation Memorial, and imprisoned Belarusian rights activist Ales Bialiatski.
