Adnoc purchases a 25% interest in Borealis

On Friday, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) and Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala) established a strategic partnership with Borealis AG (Borealis), one of Europe's premier petrochemical firms. Adnoc will purchase a 25% stake in Borealis from Mubadala under the terms of the agreement.
