Engie, which is an Energy firm, together with its consortium associates Crédit Agricole Assurances and Mirova; a partner of Natixis Investment Managers, has been able to win a competitive bid for acquiring a Portuguese hydroelectric portfolio whose owner is EDP.
The value of the deal is settled at 2.2 billion euros.
