Linde buys 20% stake in UK firm ITM Power

Chemicals big Linde has declared it's shopping for a 20% stake in UK gas company ITM Power.

It is financed by £38 million reciprocally for the interest and is a component of the latter company’s plans to lift £52 million in the capital.
