JAPAN TURNS TO SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE

World’s third largest economy is facing a unique issue. Japan now has higher percentage of aged people than young. This coupled with the fact that the younger generation have started abandoning villages to shift to cities for better opportunities has put traditional agriculture at risk.
