A year after the tragic events of Halloween, Itaewon is once again in the public eye.

The recent catastrophic crowd crush in Itaewon, Korea's most colorful, international district, can in large part be attributed to the vast, uncontrolled crowd of almost 100,000 people that jammed into the tiny streets, clubs, and restaurants of the neighborhood celebrating Halloween.
