Hexcel Corp and Woodward Inc to merge in a deal

On Sunday, Hexcel Corp - a composites technology company and Woodward Inc – an aircraft and industrial parts maker company stated that they would combine in an all-stock merger of equals. It will be to create an integrated systems provider for the aerospace and industrial sectors.
