Zubin will conduct an Indian orchestra following widespread praise

The Symphony Orchestra of India (SOI) will be led by renowned conductor Zubin Mehta in two concerts in August. It would be Mehta's first time leading an orchestra created in his native country. Mehta, 87, is the foremost Indian exponent of Western classical music.
