President Joe Biden of the United States stated the US will equip Ukraine with more powerful rocket launchers and weapons so it could "more precisely strike vital battlefield targets."
"We moved promptly to deliver Ukraine a large amount of equipment and ammunition so that it can fight on the battlefield and be in the strongest possible position at the bargaining table," Biden wrote in a New York Times opinion art....
