The United Arab Emirates and the European Union are meeting to discuss future collaboration

The UAE and the European Union (EU) met to discuss future collaboration in a variety of areas.

Minister of State Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan met with Jutta Urpilainen, European Union Commissioner for International Partnerships.

According to state-owned news outlet WAM, the officials discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between the UAE and the EU, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
