A 25-year-old male with irritable bowel syndrome diagnosed previously was identified for esophagogastroduodenoscopy as epigastric pain increased. During the operation, multiple peptic symptoms are observed. We carefully examined the bulb, but found no neuroendocrine tumor (NET); though, we found an angular eroded lesion.
