South Korea's leader has disregarded Putin's warning.

In response to Russian President Vladimir Putin's warning that relations between Seoul and Moscow would be shattered if South Korea delivered lethal armaments to Ukraine, President Yoon Suk-yeol stressed on Friday that South Korea has never done so.
