RARE SELANGOR MUD SNAKE ERUPTED IN THE WILDS OF SINGAPORE AFTER 106 YEARS

  • The uncommon Selangor mud snake, last observed in 1914, has been rediscovered after 106 years.

The earthy colored reptile with white patches was discovered swimming in a shallow solid clean out close to Nee Soon wasteland timberland on Sept 19, said a report.

Likewise known by its logical name Raclitia indica, the snake was recently found in a rubber estate at Bukit Semb....
