-Gargling is the best step right after brushing your teeth. Also scraping of your tongue helps. You can repeat this at any time of the day. Especially, after random meal, you must go for gargling.
-Plenty of calcium is crucial for your body, bones and teeth. Have more of milk, orange juice and dairy products like cheese, broccoli and yogurt. After prescription, you can have calcium supplements too.
