Fukushima's tourism is set for revival despite the setbacks

Its full Autumn season here in Fukushima as numerous photographers gather, (largely from Taiwan), in hopes to capture the beautiful Tadami Line Railway. 

Included amongst the photographers is Ken Hoshi, a local who has taken more pictures of the region and has pushed the tourism potential from its roots the most in the region.
