Frozen food safety advances its safety assessment

To assist the frozen food industry, a modelling tool has been developed to understand and manage listeriosis risks. The decision-making tool is Frozen Food Listeria Lot Risk Assessment (The FFLLoRA). It incorporates several factors including - Listeria monocytogenes (Lm) prevalence, individual facility attributes and consumer handling to estimate listeriosis risks.
