A hospital in Abu Dhabi, Burjeel Medical City, marked the first day of Eid with prayers for 75 of its long-term patients and their families.
The prayers were held at the hospital’s atrium at 6:15 am on Monday, and brought 75 patients together, including those who were elderly and bedridden.
The staff members also distributed new clothes among the patients as it is common practice for Muslims to wear new clothes at Eid....
