The WHO-listed COVID vaccination COVAXIN from Bharat Biotech has been approved by the German government for use beginning on June 1 in travel to India, according to Walter J Lindner, the German ambassador to India. In November of last year, the World Health Organization (WHO) added COVAXIN to its increasing list of vaccines that have been shown effective in preventing COVID-19, which is brought on by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
