Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi had been invited in June by Simon Wong, High commissioner of Singapore, to the World Cities Summit. Kejriwal had planned to present the ‘Delhi Model’ in hopes of bringing glory to India before the world leaders at this conference.
