After a brief hospitalization following an accident, Elton John has returned to his home in 'good health'

The iconic singer, who was 76 years old at the time, was injured in a fall that occurred in his residence outside of Nice, France, and was transferred to Princess Grace Hospital in Monaco. John was watched over the course of the night.
